Well thanks all
I just posted some pixs of my long time project It all started over 12 years ago with a 1964 fairlane sedan found next a barn. We had to dig it it out of the ground and break off most of the studs to just slide it onto the trailer. It was a complete car but with rusted out floor and panels. When complete it will be 75% street and 25% track. It has: 2x3 frame with 12 point mild steel cage ladder bar with coil over rear ford 9" N case with 3.89 gears with a locker with 31 spline Moser axles linclon rear disk brakes mustang II front suspension with larger disk brakes 16 gal fuel cell with a Holley 150GPM fuel pump feeding AN8 lines engine will be a 545ci ford running on E85 for fuel It will be a mild strip/wild street engine with around 650hp trans is a C6 with manual valve body and a 3500 stall converter body is in the prep and sanding stages now with fiberglass custom hood, fenders and bumpers wheels will be weld prostars front and rear 15x4 & 15x14 tires front BFgoodrich t/a 155/80/15s, rear mickeys 31x18.5x15s all the wiring, fuel lines, brake lines, gauges are installed and complete hoping to get it in primer before end of summer and painted speed yellow exterior and tan on the interior next spring |
